New Segment: Ask ProdigalDaughter....

Over the course of my existence, I've come to realize that I am the kind of person who loves to keep nothing inside. If I feel a certain way and it bothers me, then I'm going to talk about it to the person concerned. Regardless of the consequences. Heck, I once told a guy how I felt about him ... hmmm.. another story for another day.

Anyway, the point of my introduction is to relate to you how important it is to get a lot of things off your mind. Believe me, simply saying it to someone is enough to make you feel better. However, I do understand that the society we live in can be very judgmental which makes it difficult for people to share their problems.

James 5:16 says "Therefore, confess your "sins" to each other and pray for each other, so that you may be healed." (emphasis added). I interpret this verse to include even our personal struggles and weakness. Hence, the new segment: Ask ProdigalDaughter. While i'm not an expert in everything, I do believe you will not be reading this blog if you had not gained one or two things. So, why not share the problems or challenges that you are facing in any aspect of your life and let other people provide Godly advice to you and spiritually "hold" your hands through the difficult period that you are facing? Here's how it works.
All you have to do is ASK! Send me an anonymous email at telling your story and stating whatever the problem is. Then, I'll post the story on here for everyone to read, I'll give my response and allow other readers to provide good advice as well. It's going to be anonymous so no one will know who you are, not even me.  This is not a secular blog where people will judge you for the mistakes you've made rather they will help you through your situation.

Or, if you are not asking, but rather you have a story to tell then please, by all means send me an email. Stories about God's salvation, healing or restoration? Whatever it is, share it with the world, don't keep it inside. Rev. 12:11 says that "And they overcame the devil by the blood of the lamb and by the words of their testimony ..... " You have no reason not to ASK/SHARE. If you don't want to write the story, I can do the writing myself.

Remember, we all have our struggles and weaknesses and sharing your story will only reassure others that they are not alone. Moreover, you never know who might learn from your own mistakes. Together we can all grow into beautiful people who are learning to make better decisions. All you've gotta to do is ASK!

  1. I LIKE THIS!!! I'm going through something right now and it LITERALLY could go either way (which scares and saddens me). Once it's all over, I plan on being very transparent with my situation. Thanks for providing a space where I can be open. God Bless!!!
